Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promoter: The Gloucester Dog Photographer, Gloucester, UK.

Promotion: Christmas Winners List — Dog Portrait Giveaway.

Entry is free. No purchase necessary to enter. 

1. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+. One entry per household.

2. How to enter: Complete the entry form on this page during the Promotion Period.

3. Promotion Period: Opens 17 December 2025. Closes Christmas Day 23:59 or earlier if Winner Spots are full (whichever occurs first). Closing dates and limitations are significant conditions. 

4. Winner Spots: Winner Spots are capped at 30 confirmed entrants, first-come first-served. Once full, entries may be placed on a reserve list at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Prizes:

    

   • 1 Grand Prize: One 20x16 framed wall portrait (frame style/colour at Promoter’s discretion unless otherwise stated).

   • Runner-Up Prize: A 10x8 matted print for each confirmed Winner Spot that is not the Grand Prize winner.

     A portrait session is required to create the artwork.

    

6. Grand Prize selection: The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all confirmed Winner Spots on Boxing Day. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details provided. 

7. Session booking: Confirmed Winner Spots must book a session within 7 days of confirmation. 

8. Session dates: Sessions will take place during January–February 2026 (including Saturdays, subject to availability).

9. Additional purchases: The prize includes only the stated product. Additional products/collections are optional and available to purchase at the viewing session.

10. No cash alternative: Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

11. Data & marketing: Personal data is used to administer this promotion (including contacting entrants about Winner Spot confirmation and prize delivery). If the entrant opts in separately, the Promoter may also send marketing about sessions/offers. Consent for a prize draw does not automatically include consent for marketing.
